Checker Courier currently holds several large contracts for providing integrated courier services to a wide range of clients in many different industries within Calgary, and other points in Western Canada.

The Checker Transportation Group (Checker Courier, Checker Yellow Cabs, Checker Ambassador Limousines) has participated in many other contracts and projects in the past 35 years, which show an excellence in quality service and 100% dedication. The following list highlights some selected contracts that Checker Courier has been involved with in the past.

• 1988 Calgary Olympics – Ambassador Limousine and Checker Courier were vendors for the winter Olympics.
  
  
• 2002 G-8 Summit – Ambassador was the limousine company chosen to provide transport to and from Kananaskis as well as the transportation of dignitaries within Calgary. Two of Checkers employees were chosen for the G-8 downtown dispatch center to route all volunteer drivers.
  
  
• 2000 – 2005 - Checker Courier was the successful contractor for the Alberta Forestry in northern Alberta supplying equipment to firefighters across Alberta.
  
  
• 1996 – 2000 - Checker Courier was the successful contractor for supplying all Porter Services for Bankers Hall. We ran between 10 – 13 fulltime porters and supplied all tenants with superior mail service.
  
  
• 2008 Juno Awards – Checker Transportation Group was the company of choice for the moving of people and packages to and from all of the events surrounding the Juno Awards.
  
  
• 1995 – 1998 - Checker Courier performed all Calgary Public Library pickups going to the main branch.
  
  
• 1999 – 2004 - Checker Courier was awarded the contract for Qualex, picking up customers film from all Calgary and Edmonton retailers and sending it in for developing, then returning developed pictures to the same retailers for customers.
